This amazonite gemstone came from a broken vintage bolo tie. I sanded off the extra broken pieces on the back and glued it to the leather.

I then took a fan shaped metal bead and sewed black leather threads through it to add geometric designs. I then secured it with tiny turquoise gemstone beads. 

I then took little antique steel cut beads and lined the outer edge to mimic the dotted design of the bolo tie. 

Lined with teal ultrasuede. Has a screw post closure.
